Kernza® in the Kitchen
The Sustainable Farming Association (SFA) created a video for educators and anyone curious about cooking with Kernza® with guest Chef Beth Dooley, author of The Perennial Kitchen. In this video, Beth cooks several dishes made with Kernza and discusses the perennial grain’s versatility, flavor profile, and the health benefits of adding perennials to home kitchens and pantries.
