The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) hosted a podcast with AURI’s Business Development Director of Novel Supply Chains, Alexandra Ostlund, and Juan Medina Bielski, Malting Scientist at RahrBSG, to discuss the emerging use of Kernza perennial grain in the brewing and distilling industries, initial challenges that have been encountered, and the prospects of utilizing Kernza in these unique applications to drive the perennial grain market forward and realize the ecological benefits of Kernza on landscapes.
