Farm to Fork Dinner with Kernza Perennial Grain Grower

The Cedar Valley Regional Food & Farm Network is hosting Wendy Johnson of Jóia Food & Fiber Farm, a diversified organic perennial-based farm, for a four-course Farm to Fork Dinner event in Cedar Falls, IA utilizing local ingredients prepared by local chefs. This event will bring together members of the community to share a table, a story, and a meal while supporting the local food system.
