Kernza® for Kansas 2024 – Earth Day Event by Sustain-A-Grain
Sustain-A-Grain is partnering with several local businesses for the Kernza® for Kansas event, which unites Kansas farmers with food and beverage producers in a joint mission to advance agriculture towards a sustainable ecosystem and soil regeneration, empowering food entrepreneurs to craft exceptional culinary products.
Creating these markets for Kernza perennial grain is critical for farmers so they can confidently grow this climate-smart crop and contribute to the sustainable future of agriculture. To support this initiative, 16 businesses, including restaurants and breweries, will be incorporating Kernza into their products for Earth Day. Below is a list of all participating Kansas businesses.
