Kernza in Kansas Field Experience: Sustain-A-Grain

Sustain-A-Grain, champions of Kernza perennial grain and Kernza farmers, is hosting the Kernza in Kansas Field Experience in Salina, Kansas, from July 18 to 19.
In collaboration with Merge Impact, a marketplace for regeneratively produced goods, this event will highlight Kernza foodways, provide field tours, discuss the environmental and nutritional benefits of the perennial grain, and give attendees the opportunity to taste the perennial future firsthand through a farm dinner and brewery tour.

Friday, July 19

10:30 AM: Research Tour with Crop Stewardship, The Land Institute, Salina, Kansas
