Our partners at Friends of the Mississippi River (FMR) have announced the winners of their recent Kernza® bakeoff! Clean-water crop enthusiasts submitted a variety of Kernza® recipes, including vegan fudge brownies, apple cinnamon muffins, garden foccacia, and Kernza® cinnamon rolls.
If you’re inspired by participants’ mouth-watering photos, it’s not too late to bake and share your own Kernza® recipe! The Land Institute invites you to submit recipes, photos, and insights in an ongoing citizen science project.
