Kernza®CAP Releases Year 3 Annual Report

KernzaCAP has published its Year 3 Annual Report, which summarizes key activities over the past year, including supply and demand reviews of the perennial grain, market observations & new products, and key barriers that need to be addressed to create and maintain a robust market for the emerging crop.

KernzaCAP is funded by the US Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA NIFA) and will run for five years, through August 2025. The project currently supports over 90 researchers, graduate students, business leaders, nonprofit professionals, and farmers across nine states.
